Call for Artists
"Minimalism: More Than Meets the Eye"
Deadline: Saturday, April 3, 2010

Alliance Gallery at the Delaware Arts Center is calling for fine artists who’s artwork is minimalist in nature for an exhibit titled “Minimalism: More Than Meets the Eye.”

The exhibition will be curated by gallery director Rocky Pinciotti and will be held in the Arts Center Loft Gallery from May 21 to June 12, 2010. Each artist in the exhibition will display 1 to 4 works and be required to submit at least 150 to 250 words about their work and it’s relationship to minimalism. These statements will be part of the exhibition and will be on display in the gallery during the show.

Deadline for consideration is Saturday April 3, 2010.

Applicants should email 2 to 4 jpg images of available work including title, size and medium along with their statement to: rocky@artsalliancesite.org. Please put “Minimalism entry” in the subject line of the email.

All artists will be notified of final selections by April 17.
